When appointments are forgotten or cancelled close to the scheduled time, businesses lose the opportunity to fill that spot and other clients miss out. I ask for at least 24 hours notice if you must reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours ( within business hours )notice will be charged 50% of the service. In the event of a same-day cancellation or a "no- show" 100% of the service will be charged to the credit card on file.
25+ hours Cancellation notice and/or Rescheduling
